In addition to the two Mölndals IBF teams, 10 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar -07. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Mölndals IBF Vit could be found in Group B together with IBK Lidköping, Østensjø ibk and Trosa Edanö IBF.

Mölndals IBF Vit continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kustens IF with 1-2. In the Final, Kärra IBK won over IBK Lidköping and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar -07.
